Marketing Manager

- Conduct, formulate, and implement appropriate marketing strategies by identifying the best method to attract potential customers and promote company’s services to our target customers.
- Work with managers to conduct marketing budget planning and adjustments on marketing strategies, as well as prepare annual sales forecasts to ensure the profitability of our services.
- Analyze business developments and conduct market research while monitoring market trends, prepare marketing progress reports on quarterly basis.
- Manage our company website as well as social media accounts by regularly updating contents including promotional information and marketing trends.
- Optimize the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Hire, train and manage marketing interns and marketing specialist.
- Supervise Market Research Analysts and Marketing Specialists.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Must have Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite; Knowledge of software applications including SAS, SPSS and Database.
$139,984 to $155,000 per year
